- Location - The hotel is located near to Green Lake Park, not far from Kunming's famous central commercial centre and enjoys both the beautiful natural scenery of the area as well as convenient shopping facilities. The hotel is 15 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes from the city centre.
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts one of the best catering services in the city offering regional Yunnan cuisine as well as Cantonese, Asian and continental food. Cafe Palmetto is one of the best Western restaurants in town. The rotating panorama lounge offers a birds eye view of Kunming and the Green Lake.
