- Lobby - The lobby is large, with bright floor and bright ceiling.
- Location - The Holiday Inn is located right in the centre of the city. The commercial areas, the port, the airoport and the train station are within easy access. The best shopping of Dalian surrounds the hotel, and scenic coastal areas and beaches are only a short ride away.
- Restaurant - There are several food outlets, including an international and continental restaurant, a sichuan restaurant and a Chinese restaurant.
- Rooms - The hotel has 405 comfortable guest rooms, including 27 suites, 60 apartments and 17 offices. The rooms have all modern facilities.
