- Exterior - This is a tall 17 storey white modern building.
- General - The ymca has a gym, sauna, and massage service. There is also a chapel for meditation. - not visited, report from brochure -
- Lobby - The lobby is very large with wooden floor and long wooden reception desks.
- Location - The Ymca International House is centrally located in the Kowloon Peninsula. The mass transit railway is very near and shopping arcades are easily accessible.
- Restaurant - The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and continental cuisine and has a cosy atmosphere.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and modern with private bathrooms and all modern facilities. Decor is plain.
