- Exterior - The exterior is modern and of a moderate height. It is comprised of concrete and glass.
- General - This hotel offers a good standard of comfort,especially for the budget traveller. Its location is not as close to the main tourist sites as those found on nathan road but buses and the mtr are a short walk away. May 99.
- Lobby - The lobby is smaller than average,and is located on the ground floor. It has large panoramic windows that face out onto the street.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the vicinity of both the Nathan Road business district and the popular Mongkok shopping area, the Newton Hotel Kowloon offers easy access to Hong Kong International Airport and Prince Edward MTR subway station, which is the junction for lines to Central, Kwun Tong and Tsuen Wan.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is of an average size and is presented in a modern decorative style. The cuisine is a mix of western and cantonese.
- Rooms - The rooms are small,average by Hong Kong standards. All are very pleasantly appointed in a modern style with comfortable furnishings. All the usual amenities are provided and many offer views across to the playing fields and sports grounds that are located opposite the hotel.
