- Exterior - The hotel is a modern,moderate-rise structure of glass and steel. The main entrance is set back from the road on the side of the hotel.
- General - This hotel is ideally located for both business and leisure travelers. It is close to the ferry terminals and within easy walking distance of the mtr station. It is also close to the main shopping arcades that are found at this end of the Kowloon Peninsula. May 99.
- Lobby - The lobby is of a good size,slightly higher than the street. The furnishings are modern and comfortable as is the decor.
- Location - The hotel is located on the western side of the Kowloon Peninsula,in the area of the harbour city. It is close to the China ocean terminal,with boats heading for the Chinese mainland. It is about a ten to fifteen minutes walk to the tsimshatsui ferry terminal.
- Restaurant - The main restaurant is large and pleasantly appointed. It offers a mix of oriental and western style cuisine. It is located on the first floor of the hotel and affords some views of the city.
- Rooms - The rooms are of a good size,even slightly on the large side by Hong Kong hotel room standards. The decor is modern and business like,with modern, comfortable furnishings.
