- Exterior - A huge,glass concrete and steel structure comprising of office accommodation,serviced apartments,the Grand Hyatt hotel and the new world harbour view hotel. Hotel shares an interior garden and pool with these other businesses.
- General - Hotel has an excellent location for the business and leisure traveller. Facilites are of an excellent standard and it enjoys the same garden,gym and swimming pool facilities as the Grand Hyatt. May 99.
- Lobby - Very large and found on the first floor. Streches on into a general lounge area and offers splendid views across the harbour.
- Location - It is located in the area of Hong Kong island known as wanchai, and next to the exhibition and convention centre. Very close to ferry terminal to kowloon and hong hum. Nearest mtr station is wanchai.
- Restaurant - Several offering variety of cuisine,continental,chinese, coffee house and two lounges. All in modern style and of good size.
- Rooms - Offer either a garden view or a harbour view (the majority).All of a very good size and equipped with fax facility and dataport for laptop computers. All elegantly furnished in a modern style offering all comforts one would expect from hotel of this calibre.
