- Exterior - The hotel is a relatively new high-rise structure, with white exterior decor.
- General - This is a very well known hotel within the city, it is a famous land mark on the skyline, being very well located for both leisure and business travellers, offering a high standard of service and comfort. May 99
- Lobby - The lobby area is large and spacious with a hight ceiling, overlooked by a mezzanine floor comprising of a coffee shop, where breakfast is served.
- Location - Hotel is located next to the harbour and within walking distance to major shopping locations such as the world trade centre and times square. The mearest mtr station is causeway bay.
- Restaurant - There are several food outlets within the hotel. The latest is an Italian restaurant. However, within other outlets both local Chinese and western style cuisine are offered. All outlets are of a good size and well appointed.
- Rooms - Rooms are of a small size, about average for most hotels in Hong Kong. All are well appointed with varying views of either the harbour or city side views.
