- Exterior - The building is a 12 storey complex comprising residential offices and apartments. The apartments occupy the upper six floors, the offices the fourth and fifth. The lower three floors with their dining and recreational facilities are an ideal base for all visitors.

- Location - This hotel, apartment and office complex is located beside the famous Yuexiu Park, and offers a quiet refuge from the usual bustle of Guanghzou.It is within walking distance of the China Export Commodities Fair and Foreign Trade Centre and less than 5 minutes from the railway staion. The airport is 20 minutes away as well as the the Hong Kong - Guangzhou Ferry Pier.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a restaurant and coffee shop.
- Rooms - The rooms are furnished with custom built imported furniture and fittings, luxuriously appointed with full modern facilities. These include individually controlled air conditioning, IDD telephone, colour TV, hairdryer, mini bar, in room safe and refridgerator. The kitchens have state of the art appliances with Italian ceramic tiled kitchens and bathrooms.
