- Exterior - A large white traditional structure
- General - This is a very good hotel in all aspects. It has a beautiful outdoor pool, conference facilities and a very good location in the centre of the town with service to match. . 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern in both design and decor.
- Location - Situated in the heart of Vina Del Mar
- Restaurant - The hotel boasts two pergolas plus the legendary Harry's Bar. A high quality of local and international cuisine is served with a large and varied wine menu.
- Rooms - The example given on the brochure is of a standard room which is medium to large in size and modern in decor. It is bright with light colours used throughout and flora and paintings for extra decor.
