- Lobby - Medium in size with marble floors and leather chairs.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the quieter area of Providencia, near trendy shops, restaurants and local businesses.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is elegantly furnished, there is also a bar. Both at ground floor.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size with a pastel colour decoration and with modern facilities, all in very good condition. The bathrooms are small in good condition.
