- General - The hotel has a fully equipped and staffed business centre, a swimming pool with a view, fitness centre, sauna and Jacuzzi.
- Lobby - Medium in size with two seating areas and doors leading into the hotel bar.
- Location - The hotel is located in the hub of the business community, Providencia, a cosmopolitan and tree lined area with fashionable shops, restaurants cinemas and cultural and historical buildings.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated at street level with a large seating area.
- Rooms - Rooms differ in size from medium to large and all are in very good condition. The rooms are furnished to the highest of standards. Those on the executive floor include a multi media computer, colour printer and 24 hour internet connection.
