- Exterior - Modern glass and green stone hotel.
- General - A very good hotel for its quality also boasting a large indoor pool, gym and sauna. Conference rooms and facilities are also available.
- Lobby - The lobby is large, spacitous & very modern in design and decor. It has marble flooring throughout with an open staircase leading up to the various floors. It also incorporates a variety of boutiques & shops & a lounge area.
- Location - Ideally situated in Providencia the business and tourist centre of Santiago.
- Restaurant - The Cantalao restaurant serves high quality local and international cuisine. It also has a bar/pub area called Caracola all furnished in dark wood, both at ground level.
- Rooms - All rooms are very large in size. It has carpeted flooring throughout & is in very good condition with wood furnishings for decor. The bathrooms are medium in size and in very good condition.
