- Exterior - Modern high rise building.
- General - The hotel have a large gym with sauna and jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor swimming pool.
- Lobby - Very large in size with marble floors with a glass roof. Plenty of seating area.
- Location - The hotel is located close to the shopping centre and 15 kilometres away from the aiport. Next to the hotel is situated one of Santiago's largest Shopping Malls.
- Restaurant - The hotel has a cafe which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or a grill which is open for dinner, both at ground level.
- Rooms - All rooms are very large in size, comfortable and have all modern faclities and in excellent condition. The bathrooms are large in size with separate bath.shower area and in excellent condition.
