- General - This hotel has a very good location for all the main shopping malls in the city as well as the city's best golf course.
- Lobby - Medium in size with limited seating area, leading into a bar area and the pool area.
- Location - Situated on Av. Kennedy next to Av. Alonso de Cordova and Av. Americo Vepucio. Near shopping centre and golf course.
- Restaurant - Situated at ground level, with doors leading into a terrace and pool area.
- Rooms - Rooms are medium to large in size and in very good condition and modern in style. Colour schemes vary but light colours are generally used with dark wood furnishings.
