- General - The hotel also offers meeting and conference rooms and facilities, a bar and an executive floor. Good five star property.
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size, elegantly furnished and with a large seating area.
- Location - Situated in the uptown El Golf area of the Las Condes district.
- Restaurant - The Carrara restaurant serving an international menu. There is as well a terrace restaurant. Both at ground level.
- Rooms - All rooms are large in size with seating area and in very good condition.The decor is modern throughout with carpeted floors, light wood furnishings and large windows. The bathrooms are medium in size with separate bath/shower area and in very good condition.
