- Location - Located right at Santiago's Downtown with nearby city subway access and all kinds of commercial, cultural and political activites.
- Restaurant - Located on the ground area with a large seating area and a big skylight providing natural light to the restaurant at daytime.
- Rooms - Medium in size rooms layout may varied. All decorated in green tones with dark wood. The bathrooms are small and in good condition.
