- General - A very good hotel for its category with a full array of first class services . 0400/PG Hotel not visited, report has been written with the aid of a brochure.
- Lobby - Not shown on brochure.
- Location - Situated in a residential neighbourhood and close to the airport which is reached via Americo Vespucio Avenue. El Bosque is a short distance away as are Alto Las Condes and Parque Arauco.
- Restaurant - La Vendimia' restaurant serves local and international delicacies with live music as entertainment.
- Rooms - The example shown is of a large room in very good condition. It is modern in decor throughout with comfy furnishings and carpeted floor.
