- Lobby - Very large in size with small seating area, adjoining to bar area and bussiness centre.
- Location - This hotel is situated in the heart of Santiago, at the entrance of Providenca, the business and cultural centre of the City. The Museum of Fine Arts "Parque Forestal, San Cristobal Hill is a few minutes away.
- Restaurant - There is an Italian restaurant on the first floor, also a snack bar at ground level.
- Rooms - Very large in size and in Very good conditions with a bright decoration.The rooms are fully refurbished, and luxuriously furnished with a medium size bathroom in excellent conditions.
