- Exterior - The hotel and casino were inaugurated in December 1997 and is the first and only five star resort and casino in Chile.

- Location - The hotel is located in Pucon, one of the most beautiful cities in the south of Chile. it is surrounded by great beauty, lakes, volcanoes, rivers, thermal baths and national parkland, all of which allow for various sporting activities.
- Restaurant - The hotel has the Al Almedo restaurant, offering mediterranean specialities as well as the El rincon cafe and Kokau snack bar. There are also various comfortable bars.
- Rooms - There are 82 comfortable and well equipped rooms, all with marble bathrooms,carefully and tastefully decorated. .
