- Lobby - The hotel offers a breathtaking lobby, which offers an overview of two levels above the reception area with marble floors, cozy sitting area, glass elevators and panoramic views.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Montreal and the financial district. It is adjacent to the Stock Exchange and the World Trade Centre. A direct passageway links the hotel to the subway and the Underground City. It is only steps to Old Montreal, the Cite Multimedia and a short walking distance to the Convention Centre, the Molson Centre and Place Bonaventure.
- Restaurant - The hotel is offering a restaurant with different types of cuisine and a bar. The hotel features the only revolving restaurant in town, located on top of the building.
