- Lobby - The glass enclosed atrium lobby of the hotel is medium in size with an attractive marbled flooring, extensive sitting areas and a stairway leading to the mezzanine.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, within walking distance to many attractions such as the Eaton Centre, the City Hall, the financial district, the Art Gallery of Ontario, the theatre district, the Royal Ontario Museum and the fashion district.
- Restaurant - The hotel features two award-winning restaurants. The restaurant and bistro serves superb international cuisine, artfully presented on custom designed Rosenthal china. The second restaurant continues to deliver the highest standards specializing in the recent trend of Cantonese cuisine-exotic herbs and spices, tropical fruits and seafood dishes.
