- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and beautilly decorated in modern style with spacious seating areas.
- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto overlooking the 17th century Holy Trinity Church and connected to the Eaton Centre Shopping Mall with over three hundred shops, restaurants and services under one roof. The convention center, the fashion and the theatre districts are just minutes away.
- Restaurant - the hotel features three restaurants and a lounge, with one restaurant serving Continental cuisine in a warm dining atmosphere and a spectacular atrium restaurant with indoor and outdoor dinning, serving American cuisine. Drinks and light dishes are served in the lobby lounge.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium to large in size and tastefully appointed with modern amenities including two tiered work stations on wheels with halogen lighting and ergonomic chair. Bathrooms are medium in size and in very good condition.
