- Exterior - This is a newly renovated, modern, high-rise building.
- General - This hotel has an excellent location and modern facilities to offer to both leisure and business travelers at reasonable rates. (0902:SD)
- Lobby - The lobby is very spacious and bright with a beautiful seating area and a long, black marble receptionist counter.
- Location - The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, steps from the Yonge Street subway line, great shopping, theatres, museums, Skydome, CN Tower and other major attractions.
- Restaurant - The cafe offers comfortable and friendly family style dining at moderate prices, and there is also a sports bar.
- Rooms - Rooms are all newly renovated and tastefully furnished with brightly colored duvets and carpeting. All are spacious with desks and ergonomic chairs. The bathrooms are either with full bath and/or shower.
