- Location - The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Toronto and close to all major attractions. It is a five-minute walk to the Eaton Centre and backs onto the Pantages Theatre. The subway station is across the street.
- Restaurant - The hotel features a restaurant serving American cuisine and a cocktail lounge.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium to large in size and beautifully appointed with peach coloured carpeting, flower printed bedspreads and matching curtains. The medium-sized bathrooms are in good condition.
