- Exterior - The hotel is a mid-rise, modern building. The newly added porte cochere offers protection from the elements to guests when exiting their vehicles. Multiple gardens soften the effect of the modern design.
- General - The hotel is the closest hotel to the Horseshoe falls, and is recommended to all travelers. (0402/0902:EY)
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size with soaring ceilings and redesigned in contemporary style by a very reputable designer in 2001. It can accommodate several large groups at the same time, and offers comfortable seating areas. Adjoining this area is a gift shop, a games room and the pool.
- Location - The hotel is centrally located in the premier Fallsview area of Niagara Falls, just 3 minutes from the Falls, close to Marineland, Game Farm, and Maid of the Mist boat ride. It is within easy access to the train station.
- Restaurant - The hotel has an on-site restaurant, famous for its friendly and casual atmosphere. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Signature steaks, fish, and ribs have made the restaurant a Niagara favorite.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size with seating areas. The are all facing the Falls and are tastefully decorated in modern decor.
