- Exterior - This is a mid-rise, grand classic hotel built in the 1920's.
- General - The hotel has the opulence of the original 1920's architecture and yet all the conveniences of a modern property. (1001/0902:EY)
- Lobby - The lobby is large in size. It is well appointed in marble and granite with a marble staircase.
- Location - The hotel is located only two blocks away from the Falls.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is offering an excellent view of Niagara Falls and serves themed buffet menus.
- Rooms - The guest rooms are spacious, well decorated and feature large windows. Some of the rooms are offering fantastic views of the Falls.
