It is minutes away from Kingston's downtown business core, the city's industrial parks, indoor shopping malls and plazas, residential areas, recreational centres and some of Canada's most notable historic sites.The hotel is just 10 minutes from Kingston's municipal airport, two minutes from the VIA Rail station, and just seconds off highway 401.
- Restaurant - The hotel's restaurant is on the ground floor and is an enormous, ballroom-style room and serves Canadian style food.
- Rooms - The hotel guest rooms are medium in size decorated with modern furniture. The green and white colour of the walls and multicolour bedding create a very warm and comfortable atmosphere.The rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities and the bathrooms are kept in a good condition.
