- Exterior - The hotel is a modern, mid-rise building overlooking the harbour.

- Lobby - The lobby is large with modern furnishing and a large piano. A restaurant, bar and a gift shop are all situated in the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is located in the historic downtown and business district overlooking the Harbour. Connected by the "Downtown Link" (an enclosed walkway system), it offers quick and easy access to shopping complexes, the World Trade and Convention Centre and downtown hotels and office towers.
- Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants; the first a pub style restaurant and the second is a bistro restaurant both of which offer a variety of cuisine. Enjoy comfort food of regional favourites including the specialties of seafood - experience the taste, like no other! The food you'll love, the service you'll appreciate and the experience you'll not forget!
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size with wooden furniture and are decorated in dark colors. Some of the rooms are overlooking the harbor and some have city views. The bathrooms in all the rooms are medium in size with ceramic tiled floors, and are kept in good condition.
