- Exterior - It is a modern 6-story block building in sand/brown colours.
- General - The hotel offers very reasonable in price for a property in downtown. Information taken from brochure Aug 99
- Lobby - The lobby is small but very stylish with art decor.
- Location - The Ramada Inn & Suites is the "Gateway" to the heart of downtown Vancouver, 8 blocks from Vancouver's financial district, within 1 km to English Bay and BC Place Stadium, 4 blocks from the Vogue and Queen Elizabeth Theatre, and 25 minutes from Vancouver International Airport.
- Restaurant - There is no restaurant located in the hotel at the moment, but many choices of dining within short walking distance.
- Rooms - All guest rooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated, fairly small but with spacious bathrooms.
