- Exterior - It is a modern 15-story building renovated in 1996.
- General - The hotel has a great location and best service in area. Taken from brochure Sep.99
- Lobby - The lobby is spacious with lounge aside, offering complimentary coffee.
- Location - The B W Chateau Granville is ideally located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, just minutes from B.C. Place Stadium and a short walk to restaurants, theaters, Robson Street shopping, the Financial District, 16 kms from Vancouver International Airport.
- Restaurant - Enjoy great food, a bright cherry atmosphere and friendly service in the casual sky lit elegance of Diamond's Bistro, open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner; or relax, catch the sports action on overhead television in Diamond's Lounge; Granville Rooms serves Canadian cuisine from 7am to 11pm.
- Rooms - Most of the rooms are suites, feature separate bedroom and living room, Dining area with refrigerator or stocked mini-bar, also have private balconies, many boasting a spectacular view.
