• Exterior - It is modern lowrise building, not unlike a residential single storey building in an affluent suburb, but not unappealing either.
• General - Facilities: There are outdoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre, tennis court. Golf driving range down by the Makong. Children's playground.
• Lobby - Lobby is medium in size but adequate for a group check in. Somw seating available. Reception counter is to the left of the entrance, and is a little on the dark side.
• Location - The hotel is located in south east corner of town, within sight of the Mekong River. It is an ideal place for both business and holiday travellers. Approximately 20 minutes drive from Pochentong International Airport and seven minutes from the geographical city centre.
• Restaurant - The Bassac Restaurant which also doubles up as a night club is where breakfast, lunch and dinner are taken (a la carte dinner service finishes at 21:30, when the night club kicks in). Functional but pleasant enough, the specialty is Thai cuisine, with Chinese and International dishes available. The Rose Garden lounge, which has garden views, offers drinks and snacks until 01:00 daily.
• Rooms - All hotel's guest rooms are wll situated overlooking the gardens, furnished and decorated to create a pleasing and restful ambience. Every room is equipped with full range of facilities including individually controlled air conditioning, a well stocked mini bar and refrigerator, international telephone service, multi-channel radio and colour television with in-house video and sattlelite options.
