Hotel Reports
- Exterior - The exterior is a 5 storey rectangular white provincial style building with a huge central pagoda atop the centre.
- General - There is a large swimming pool on the banks of the river. Also the hotel has a bridge that connects it with an Casino that is a ship anchored just off the gardens of the Hotel. This casino is not owned by the Hotel. SOURCE- Brochure 2000.
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and offers limited seating area. The lobby is understated and is inward focussed.
- Location - The hotel is located on the banks of the River and within 5 minutes walking distance of the Royal Palace and National Museum. This is a city centre location. The airport is a twenty minutes drive away.
- Restaurant - The Hotel offers a choice of restaurants with a range of cuisines.
- Rooms - These are large and similar. Views may be of the Mekong River orthe City.The colour scheme is a pastel blue with dark coloured woods. The Executive Rooms are the same size but have been recently renovated to a moderate five star standard. Colour schemes in the executive rooms are rich and are offset by light coloured woods. Bathrooms are very good and brightly lit with baths.
