- Exterior - The hotel is a medium-high rise, modern, concrete block whose style is firmly rooted in the 1970's. The stonework is pale with balcony balustrades in slightly paler material.
- General - PH 04/01
- Lobby - The medium to large sized lobby is decorated mainly using dark colours with browns and rusty oranges prevailing. The relative lack of natural light is compensated for by corniche lighting in the ceiling. The central floral arrangement is surrounded by brown fake leather sofas. A balcony looks down on the lobby.
- Location - The hotel is 10 kilometres northeast of the city of Varna in a large park full of rare tree species. The area is a combination of forest, sandy beaches and mineral springs.
- Restaurant - The restaurant has a capacity of 350 and is divided into 4 discreeteareas. The tables seat up to 12 persons.
- Rooms - The medium sized rooms are well looked after, if old fashioned in decor. The orange curtains and carpets contrast with pale blue furniture, pale walls and dark brown, old woodwork. The lampshades are yellow.
