- Exterior - The building is a 19th Century style in keeping with much of the older parts of Sofia, part of a much longer terrace of buildings in the same style.
- General - 0103AP
- Lobby - The lobby area is narrow and small, with one large window at the front giving into the street. There is a small seating area, but the lobby bar to the rear is a good deal more comfortable. It is designed in the style of a Viennese coffee house.
- Location - This discrete property is located in the centre of Sofia, with excellent public transport connections and within walking distance of all the main sights of the city.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is located in the basement. It is decorated in a traditional Bulgarian style, and is quite small.
- Rooms - The small to medium rooms vary in size due to the construction of the building but all are of a very high standard and all are well appointed and very well decorated. The abundance of flowing fabrics may not be to everyone’s taste, but it would be difficult to beat the quality of the rooms in a hotel of this type in this location.
