- Exterior - The building is assymetrical shape, white and resembles a communist built property.

- Lobby - The lobby is very large, with plants, leather seating areas and is quite airy.
- Location - The hotel is located very centrally, close to all main attractions . Kazanlak city is situated in what is known as the Valley of the Roses.
- Restaurant - There are 2 restaurants in the hotel: one is a classical formal establishment and the other serves national cuisine and has live music entertainment.
- Rooms - The rooms are quite basic and functional by European standards and are furnished in warm dark colours.
