- Exterior - A modern block style building of 20 storeys.
- General -
- Lobby - The hotel lobby entrance is small but opens into an area with gift shops, travel agency and exchange office.
- Location - The ed - report from brochure in the seaside town of bourgas the hotel offers facilities for leisure and work.
- Restaurant - The coffee shop serving oriental desserts is elegantly decorated in cream and brown with plenty of cosy seating areas. The panorama restaurant on the top floor offers superb views across the city to the bay whilst the winter garden offers a dining area surrounded by plants with skylights overhead. The main restaurant is also light and airy with a cream colour scheme and mirrored ceiling.
- Rooms - Bedrooms are quite simple in style but have the basic amenities, bathrooms are not shown in brochure.
