- Exterior - A large high rise construction dating back thrity years and typical of much of the architecture of this area of Sao Paulo.
- General -
- Lobby - The lobby is large with a light wood reception area. It incorporates a large lounge/television area and is modern but basic in decor.
- Location - The hotel is situated in the downtown area of Santa Ifigiena close to all places of interest and amenities.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated adjacent to the lobby. It is bright and airy with large windows and it is decorated with light colours. The restaurant serves an international menu and is also open to the public.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium to large in size and in very good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition. Decor is modern with dark wood furnishings predominately used and again dark colours are used for the curtains and bedspreads to contrast the white washed walls. Each room also has a small seating area.
