• Exterior - A large high rise beige apartment block.
• General - A very good hotel for its category with plenty of services such as the top floor coffee shop overlooking the surrounding city, a games room, a squash room, and a small gymnasium and sauna.
• Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and has a dark wood reception desk covered with a white marble cover top. There is a small seating area adjacent to the reception with traditional furnishings and local flora. A circular iron stairs can be used as an alternative to taking the lift to the higher floors.
• Location - Situated in a central but tranquil location in the Jardin area of the city, just two blocks away from Avenue Paulista famous for its hundreds of shopping outlets, banks and offices. It is close to all areas of interest and very convenient for all types of travellers.
• Restaurant - The restaurant is located next door to the hotel and is also popular amongst the locals of Sao Paulo. It is modern, has tiled flooring and serves a wide variety of local and international cuisine.
• Rooms - As this is an aparthotel all the rooms are very large and in very good condition with a seperate lounge and kitchenette area. The rooms have carpeted floors throughout and light colours are generally used with light wood furnishings and doors.
