• Exterior - A large, modern high rise tower.
• General - This is arguably the best hotel in Sao Paulo, it has many other extra facilities such as a barbers, offices, a business centre shops and a fully equipped fitness centre.
• Lobby - Very modern in both design and decor this very large lobby is dominated by the fact it is open from top to bottom with all the floors visible from the lobby floor. It has a glass ceiling giving a bright and airy feel to the area which is enhanced by the noise of the rushing fountains. Local greenery is placed in all parts of the lobby and hanging from each floor to give a tropical effect. Incorporated in the lobby are boutiques of all types and various lounge/seating areas.
• Location - The hotel has an excellent location, very central just one block away from the Avenue Paulista which is the financial and shopping heart of the city full of shops, banks and offices. It is close to all areas of interest and suitable for travellers of all types.
• Restaurant - The hotel boasts a whole array of restaurants including a seafood restuarant, a pizzeria, a churrascheria and a brasserie all of a very high standard.
• Rooms - All rooms are large with the majority being in good condition but roughly twenty per cent have been recently refurbished and are in very good condition. All have carpeted floors and dark wood furnishings with all the services expected of a deluxe hotel. The high floors also have excellent views of the Sao Paulo skyline.
