• Exterior - A modern high rise tower block
• General - This hotel has all the services and facilities expected of a deluxe hotel. On the top floor are situated the gymnasium, sauna and health club. The hotel also boasts a wide variety of meeting/conference rooms and many bars including a traditional English style pub. (01/01 MP)
• Lobby - The lobby is very large and very modern both in design and decor. It has a very spacious lounge area overlooking the outside shops through the front glass facade.
• Location - Situated in a central location just one block away from the famous Avenue Paulista famous for its hundreds of shopping outlets, banks and offices. It is close to all areas of interest and very convenient for travellers of all types.
• Restaurant - The hotel has two restaurants. On the top floor of the hotel is a Japanese restaurant whilst on the ground floor there is an international restaurant which is also used as the breakfast room. It is immaculately furnished with an airy, outdoor feel with local flora adorning the open stone walls.
• Rooms - All the rooms are large with roughly half being in excellent condition and the remaining half being in very good condition as are the bathrooms. There are carpeted floors throughout with cream coloured walls and dark wood furnishings.
