- Exterior - A construction typical of the architecture of the block it forms.
- General - 05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is small and modern with decor dating back to the late seventies . It incorporates a circular seating area.
- Location - Situated one block away from Copacabana Beach in a residential/office area. There is regular public transport from almost directly outside the hotel to various parts of the city.
- Restaurant - Serves local and international cuisine and is situated on the first floor. It is modern in decor with carpeted floors.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium to large in size and traditional in decor.The decor is basic throughout and in good to very good condition. The newer rooms have wood pannelled flooring and the older rooms have carpeted flooring. All are furnished in antique light wood. Most of the top floor rooms have sea-views.
