- Exterior - A modern high-rise structure typical of Rio's beachfront properties.
- General - Good views of the beach and the ocean can be seen from the front rooms.(01/01 MP)
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size with tiled flooring. There is a dark wood reception area and a wood pannelled ceiling. It also incorporates a lounge/TV area, a traditional dark wood bar/lounge area and a small jewellery boutique.
- Location - Ideally situated in the middle of all Rio's attractions and directly in front of Copacobana beach.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the first floor overlooking the ocean and serves local and international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and traditional in decor with carpeted floors and dark colours predominant. All are in fair to good condition with dark wood furnishings.
