- Exterior - A large purpose built property.
- General - 05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size and modern in decor. It has large tiled flooring and plenty of local flora adding to the overall decor. There is a lounge area just behind the reception desk and is overlooked by a larg oil painting.
- Location - Situated just one block from Copacabana Beach in a busy area full of shops, offices bars and restaurants.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but only a breakfast room which is situated on the ground floor and is modern in decor.
- Rooms - Half the rooms are large and half are medium in size. All are basic in decor but in very good condition with white tiled flooring.
