- Exterior - A white construction with architecture typical to that of the block it forms.
- General - 05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium in size, incorporating a large bar/lounge area overlooking the beach. Leading on from this is the breakfast room. There is white marble flooring and the decor is mainly traditional with dark wood furnishings predminating and sculptured white columns and ceilings. Paintings and hanging chandeliers add to the overall traditional decor.
- Location - Situated directly on the beachfront of Copacabana Beach, the hotel has an idyllic location and is also just a few minutes away from the centre of Rio and is easily accessible to both Santos Dumont and Galeo International airports.
- Restaurant - Situated on the ground floor serving breakfast only.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium to large in size and in good condition. They are traditional in decor with dark wood furnishings and a painting in each room. All the bathrooms are fair to good condition.
