- Location - The hotel is located two blocks from Ipanema beach in a shopping and residential area.
- Restaurant - The hotel has one restaurant which serves all meals and is located on the second floor overlooking the shopping area. It is modern in decor and serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - All the rooms are small to medium in size and in good to very good condition. There are dark wood furnishings throughout with varying colours and excellent facilities for a hotel of this category.
