- Location - The hotel is situated in a tranquil residential area full of shops just two blocks away from Ipanema beach.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the second floor and serves international cuisine.
- Rooms - The rooms are medium in size and in good condition. They are basic in decor and modern although slightly dated with light colours predominate.
