- Exterior - A large modern tower block.
- General - 05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is large and modern in decor and furnishings.
- Location - The hotel has a very good location in a tranquil spot just half a block away from Ipanema beach and close to an area full of shops, bars and restaurants.
- Restaurant - The hotel has no restaurant but just a breakfast room which is located on the second floor overlooking the street.
- Rooms - Roughly 80% of the rooms are medium to large in size with the remainder being medium in size and all are in very good condition. In keeping with the rest of the hotel all are modern with carpeted floors, dark wood furnishings and modern paintings hanging over each bed.
