- Exterior - Unlike much of the architecture of Rio the hotel stands alone and is not part of a block. It is a high-rise tower block.
- General - 05/01/PG
- Lobby - The lobby is on a raised platform level and is modern in both design and decor. It has light tiled flooring and marble walls.There is a small seating area directly in front of the reception with beige leather couches and a large wall mirror but leading on from the reception is another lounge area. A waterfall dominates with the sound of the flowing water creating a fresh, garden atmosphere.
- Location - The hotel is situated two blocks away from Copacabana Beach in a shopping and business area. The beach and entertainment centre are just a short walk away.
- Restaurant - The hotel is situated on the lower ground floor, is modern and serves international cuisine.
