• Exterior - A modern, high-rise construction.
• General - This is a very good superior first property for the area.
• Lobby - The lobby is very large and modern in decor. The reception is to the right coming in from the entrance. To the left is one of many lounge/seating areas. There is a whole host of shops in the lobby from a airline office to a a small boutique selling souvenirs and necessities such as newspapers, magazines and so on. The business centre is also located in the lobby to the left of the entrance. It is spacious and also overlooks the pool area through large galss facades. There is a wide variety of local greenery to add to the overall decor. There is also a reading room and a lounge/television area.
• Location - An ideal location in an area where all the hotels, restaurants, bars and shops are situated, generally considered as the place to be. It is also just twelve kilometres from the downtown or from Refice Antigua, which is largely a financial/business district which livens up in the evenings with many clubs and bars. The airport is just a ten minute drive away.
• Restaurant - The hotels boasts three restaurants, one a la carte, one international and one sushi bar. All are modern with views over the town.
• Rooms - Eighty-five per cent are medium in size and are in good to very good condition with the remainder, the suites, being very large. Light colours are predominant with light walls and bedspreads and light furnishings throughout. There is a painting in each room and the higher floors have sea-view.
