- Exterior - A large and modern high rise building.
- General - A very good first class hotel, arguably the best in Recife with a clear windowed lift giving wonderful views over the town.05/01 PG
- Lobby - The lobby is medium sized and modern throughout. It has a marble topped reception desk with shiny tiled coffee coloured flooring. It also incorporates a lounge area to the left of the entrance as well as incorporating a lobby/bar area.
- Location - Situated just two blocks away from the ocean in an area full of bars, shops and restaurants. It is roughly seven kilometres from the historical centre where no hotels are located.
- Restaurant - The restaurant is situated on the ground floor serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves international cuisine and is modern throughout.
- Rooms - All the rooms are medium in size and in very good condition as are the bathrooms. It has white tiled flooring and white washed walls and a painting over each bed.
